Meet Our Therapists

Derek Munn, PT, DPT, OCS   

Owner, Practicing Therapist

Derek has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist for 14 years.  His background is diverse with acute care at Massachusetts General Hospital, rehabilitation in multiple facilities, outpatient care at multiple facilities including supervisory work at Spaulding Rehabilitation, and home-care experience for local agencies.  Derek’s education includes a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Springfield College, followed by a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Emory University.  He furthered his physical therapy education by achieving a Certificate of Advanced Study in Orthopedics and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital’s Institute of Health Professions.  Derek is board certified as a Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.  Derek started At Home Physical Therapy in 2006 and currently treats patients full time while directing staff and developing the practice.  Derek and his wife enjoy a multitude of outdoor activities including racing triathlons, sailing and hiking with their dog in New Hampshire.


Ed Regner, DPT

Ed graduated from State University of New York, Buffalo in 2005.  At Fitness Forum in Syracuse, NY, he developed extensive experience in outpatient post surgical rehabilitation along with a multitude of musculoskeletal conditions in persons of all ages.  Later, Ed’s abilities were recognized with a manager position for HealthSouth/Select Physical Therapy in Davidson, NC where along with a full therapy schedule, he directed the clinic to a successful and expanded practice.  In August, 2010 Ed joined At Home Physical Therapy, where he now enjoys treating part time as a match to his piano studies at Berkeley School of Music, Boston, MA. Ed is an avid athlete in his spare time including racing marathons.


Kerry Blossfeld, PT

Kerry is a graduate of Boston University where she received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.  She has been a practicing for 10 years at Spaulding Rehabilitation’s outpatient clinic in Framingham, MA for which she has been instrumental in creating programs that have elevated the clinic into national recognition.  Kerry is adept at working with the neurologically impaired population, including those with challenging Post-Polio conditions, and patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions.  As an academic, Kerry has lectured and written articles educating therapists and patients alike, on the complexities of Post-Polio disease. Kerry recently joined At Home Physical Therapy part time, allowing for a life full of joy with her baby girl.  We welcome her talents and energy enthusiastically.
