At Home Physical Therapy is certified with Medicare Part B and the secondary coverage offered from most insurance companies.  We are preferred providers for Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medicaid and many other insurance companies.  Please feel free to inquire about other insurance coverage.

When therapy is deemed to be outside of insurance coverage, for instance with maintenance treatment plans and personal physical therapy training, private pay is accepted.  Feel free to contact us about rates.
